Alana Rusonis founded Ops by Design after 10+ years leading operations across Sales, People, Design, Research, and Product functions at companies like DoorDash (first Design Ops hire), Uber Freight, Autodesk, and FinancialForce.
She started her own practice because she kept seeing the same pattern: organizations with good strategy and broken execution. She's built fractional ops practices for founders, ops leaders, and design organizations — and she's got the technical background to build what she recommends. She now works with clients remotely from Austin, TX.
